Terms and Conditions
Promotion period 9AM Friday 4 October, ongoing then each Friday after that (until advised otherwise)
The promoter is: Lease Equity Pty Ltd (ACN 099980542) whose registered office is at Level 1/604 Hay St, Perth WA 6000.
The promotion is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Lease Equity Pty Ltd, Centrepoint Midland retailers and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
How to Enter:
Just scan the QR code located in signage placed around the centre, find the Friday Freebie post on our Facebook page or website (see above for our current offer) or tear out the special coupon from our press ad in The Echo Newspaper each fortnight (commencing Friday 11 Oct), to reveal the current week’s giveaway.
Present the coupon (either by showing a copy of your phone or a hard copy print out) to the participating retailer from 9am each Friday. There will be a limit on how many people can access the offer for each store and this will vary each week, depending on what the offer is, so it will be first in best dressed!
Each offer will be valid until COB the Thursday following it’s release (so valid for 1 week) until all offers available for that week are redeemed. Then the Friday Freebie offer will reset to a new retailer at 9am the next Friday. So you will need to check back again to see what’s up for grabs each week.
Only 1 coupon per person can be used each week for the offer that is available at the time.
No change will be given if the discount/offer provided is more than the total bill or purchase price in-store.
No responsibility can be accepted for coupons that were lost for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this competition.
The Friday Freebie weekly offers are as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. The giveaways are not transferable. The giveaways are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the giveaway with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By participating in the Friday Freebie promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Lease Equity shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Lease Equity also reserves the right to cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.
